Delivery Information

Each item on Mercabl is delivered directly by the independent seller who created or curated it.
Delivery type, options, and details are set by each seller based on the product type and are clearly displayed on each product page.

Types of Delivery

Delivery types vary by product and are always displayed on the product page.
- Instant Digital – Available immediately in your Mercabl account after purchase.
- Scheduled Digital – Delivered to your Mercabl account at a later date (e.g. personalised digital files).
- Local Collection – Seller will contact you when your item is ready. Pickup details are confirmed at checkout.
- Shipping – Items will be dispatched according to the seller’s processing time and dispatch schedule.


Preparation Time (Processing Time)

Many items on Mercabl are handmade or made-to-order. As such, they may require a processing time of **2 to 10 business days** before dispatch. The preparation time is always clearly stated on each product page.

Dispatch Schedules

Some sellers only dispatch items on specific days of the week (e.g. Mondays) or month (e.g. the 15th). This helps them manage their logistics. The dispatch schedule is shown on the product page.

Items in your order may be dispatched on different dates if they have different processing times or dispatch days.

Delivery via Digital

Digital items are delivered via the Mercabl portal and may be:
- Available instantly after purchase, if preloaded by the seller.
- Delivered at a later date, especially for custom or made-to-order digital content.

Instantly delivered digital items will be marked with an "Instant Digital Delivery" badge on the product page.


Delivery via Local Collection

- Pick-up options may be available from some sellers and will be shown at checkout if applicable.
- Ensure the pick-up location is accessible and that you're able to collect your order on the specified date.

The product page will clearly indicate whether an item is available for local pickup.

Pickup options are visible to all users, regardless of the shipping address entered at checkout. Buyers are responsible for ensuring they can collect the item on the specified date and from the stated location.

Delivery via Shipping

Delivery times, carriers, destinations, and costs are determined by the seller and may vary depending on the product. You’ll see full shipping options and fees at checkout.

📦 Shipping Pricing

The final shipping cost is displayed at checkout and is calculated based on the product’s origin, dispatch date, and the selected shipping method.

Please note:
- Buying multiple items from the same seller may slightly increase the delivery fee.
- Items in your order may be dispatched on different dates due to varying preparation times or dispatch schedules. This may affect the total delivery cost.
- Sellers may offer free delivery on some products or order values. These will be clearly marked at checkout.

🌍 International Shipping

International delivery is available on many products, depending on the seller’s shipping setup. Options and estimated timelines are displayed on each product page.

Please note:
- International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes.
- These fees are not included in the item or delivery price and must be paid by the buyer.
- Customs delays are outside the seller’s control.
